Volunteer Terms and Conditions
1. Unpaid Volunteering
By submitting your volunteer application, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in Regreenity’s volunteer programs is strictly unpaid. Volunteers will not receive compensation, salary, or any other form of financial payment for their time or services unless stated in writing.
2. Volunteer Commitment
You agree to contribute your time and effort as a volunteer, and understand that the duration of your involvement will be based on the needs of the organization and your personal availability. While your volunteer work may be flexible, we expect a reasonable commitment to the tasks you agree to undertake.
3. No Employment Relationship
This agreement does not establish an employment relationship between you and Regreenity. Volunteers are not entitled to employment benefits, including, but not limited to, pay, health insurance, retirement benefits, or other employment-related benefits.
4. Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you agree to undertake specific tasks and activities as outlined by Regreenity. You will adhere to the guidelines, policies, and expectations set by the organization during the duration of your volunteer involvement.
5. Liability and Insurance
Regreenity does not provide personal liability coverage for volunteers. You agree to participate in volunteer activities at your own risk and acknowledge that the organization is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your involvement in the program.
6. Confidentiality
Volunteers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information gained during their time with Regreenity, whether related to the organization, its projects, or its partners.
7. Termination of Volunteer Work
Either party may terminate the volunteer relationship at any time, with a notice. Volunteers should inform the organization at least two days in advance of their intent to stop volunteering to enable regreenity to make appropriate adjustments.
