1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Regreenity’s website, registering for a PlanetHike event, or participating in any associated activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian permission if under 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Registration & Participation
Registration: All participants must register via Regreenity’s official website.
Fees: Participation in PlanetHike is free of charge. However, we encourage a minimum donation of €10 / $10 to help cover event costs and plant at least one tree. Each tree costs €5 / $5. Donations are non-refundable.
Participation Commitment: By registering, you agree to follow event guidelines and act responsibly.

4. Health & Safety
Health Statement: You confirm that you are in good physical condition to walk 10 km. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Safety Guidelines: Follow all instructions, including using appropriate gear and bringing your own reusable items.
Personal Responsibility: Participation is at your own risk. Regreenity is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations
Modifications: Regreenity reserves the right to modify event routes, schedules, or logistics for safety or operational reasons.
Cancellations: Events may be canceled due to severe weather, low participation, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via email, social media, or our website. Donations may be transferred to a future event.

6. Code of Conduct
Respectful Participation: All participants must act respectfully. Disruptive or discriminatory behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
Environmental Responsibility: Reduce waste, respect nature, and uphold Regreenity’s values.

7. Photography & Media
Consent: By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used by Regreenity for promotional purposes without compensation.
Usage Rights: Regreenity retains all rights to media captured at events. Personal photos may be shared but cannot be used commercially without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Regreenity and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy
Regreenity respects your privacy and manages personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Regreenity is not liable for damages resulting from participation or use of our website.
Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify Regreenity and its affiliates from any claims related to their participation or service use.

11. Membership Terms
For Premium members: benefits such as discounts and free event access are valid as described. Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

12. Changes to Terms
Regreenity reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
