Regreenity Terms & ConditionsWelcome to Regreenity! By participating in PlanetHike events, using our website, or engaging with our community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing the Regreenity website, registering for a PlanetHike event, or participating in any related activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or participating in our events.
2. Eligibility
   Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission if under 18.
   By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Registration and Participation
   Registration: All registrations must be completed on the official Regreenity website.
   Fees. Registration for the Planethike is free. However, we encourage participants to donations at least $10/10€ to help cover the cost and plant at least a tree. The cost of planting a tree is $5/€5. Donations are non-refundable.
   Participation: By registering, you agree to follow instructions and participate responsibly.
4. Health and Safety
   Health Declaration: You affirm that you are in good health and physically able to complete the 10 km hike. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.
   Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all guidelines, including using proper hiking gear and carrying essentials like reusable water bottles.
   Personal Responsibility: Participation is at your own risk. Regreenity is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event.
5. Event Modifications and Cancellations
   Modifications: Regreenity reserves the right to adjust event routes, schedules, or other aspects for safety or logistical reasons.
   Cancellations: Events may be canceled due to severe weather, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified, and fees may be applied to a future event.
6. Code of Conduct
   Respectful Participation: Participants must act respectfully toward others. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
   Environmental Stewardship: Commit to minimizing waste, respecting nature, and adhering to Regreenity’s environmental values.
7. Photography and Media
   Consent: By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded during events. Media may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
   Usage Rights: Regreenity retains full rights to media captured during events. Participants may share personal event photos but cannot use them for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
   All website content, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Regreenity and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Privacy
   Regreenity values your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined.10. Liability
   Limitation of Liability: Regreenity is not liable for damages arising from participation in events or use of our website.
   Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Regreenity and its affiliates from claims or liabilities resulting from event participation or service use.
10. Membership Terms
    For participants opting into the Premium Membership: Membership benefits, including discounts and free event participation, are valid as described.
    Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
11. Changes to Terms
    Regreenity reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Siegburg.
