Most environmental action feels heavy, overwhelming, or out of reach for everyday people. You donate to a cause and hope something good happens somewhere far away. You feel guilty about your carbon footprint but don’t know where to start making a real difference.
We wondered: what if it didn’t have to be that way?
What if you could walk through your neighborhood on a Saturday morning and know that every step was helping plant trees in your region? What if thousands of people could do this together, creating something beautiful and powerful at the same time?
That’s how Regreenity began. We’re proving that climate action doesn’t have to feel like sacrifice—it can feel like community, movement, and hope.

Our Mission & Vision

The Regreenity Story: From Corporate Success to Climate Action
Meet Our Founder: Tichi
Tichi’s journey embodies the transformation we seek to inspire worldwide.
Years ago, while building a successful career in finance at PIMCO and later in automotive innovation at Ford, Tichi co-founded Nahow e.V.—a nonprofit focused on education, clean water, and solar energy in his hometown in Cameroon.
But success in community development revealed a deeper truth: you can’t build sustainable communities without protecting the environment they depend on.
As Nahow e.V. empowered communities with education and infrastructure, Tichi witnessed the accelerating environmental crisis firsthand. Forests disappeared. Pollution filled the skies. Climate change wasn’t a distant threat—it was a daily struggle affecting everything they’d worked to build.
The realization was profound: without environmental protection, all community development efforts remain vulnerable. True empowerment requires creating a world where people and nature thrive together.
From Corporate Leadership to Climate Leadership
After achieving success in traditional corporate environments, Tichi made a bold choice: stepping away from executive roles to commit fully to environmental action. Regreenity represents this transition from witnessing problems to building solutions.
“This is about more than tree planting,” Tichi explains. “It’s about mobilizing people, building a movement, and ensuring a greener future for generations to come.”
